Information You Provide When you use the Platform, you may give us: Account Information – such as your name, creatorname, password, email, phone number, and profile photo. Content You Create – videos, photos, messages, captions, reactions, and any other content you upload, record, or share on the Platform. Communication with Us – such as when you contact support or participate in surveys, promotions, or feedback sessions. 1.2. Automatically Collected Information When you use the app, we automatically collect: Device & Usage Data – device type, operating system, app version, language, and settings. Log & Activity Data – time of use, interactions with posts and messages, performance metrics, and crash logs. Camera & Microphone Access – when you record or react to content (with your consent). Location Data – approximate location based on your IP address or (if enabled) device GPS. Cookies & Similar Technologies – used for analytics, personalization, and security. 1.3. Information From Others We may receive information about you when: Another Creator tags you, mentions you, or shares your content. You interact with third-party services connected to our Platform (e.g., when signing in through Apple or Google). 2. Personalize your experience, including suggested content and Creators. Communicate with you about your account, updates, or safety issues. How We Share Information We may share your information in the following ways: With Other Creators: When you post, react, or share anything, that content may be visible to others on the Platform according to your privacy settings. With Service Providers: We use trusted third-party companies to help us operate the Platform (e.g., cloud storage, analytics, moderation, payment processing). Automatically Filmed Reactions A key feature of Depnes is automatic video reactions — your camera may record your live reaction when you view or respond to content. You will be notified and asked for camera access permission before any recording occurs. You control whether reactions are saved, posted, or shared. Unshared reactions are not visible to others and may be automatically deleted after a short period. 5. Your Choices and Controls You have the right to: Access & Update your account information at any time. Manage Privacy Settings for who can see your posts, reactions, and messages. Request Deletion of your data in app. Withdraw Consent (for example, camera access or personalized ads). Export Your Data as required under applicable laws. 6. Data Retention We keep your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform and comply with legal obligations. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your data, except where retention is required for legitimate business or legal reasons. 7. Security We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards (like encryption, secure data storage, and access controls) to protect your information. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. 8.
