Our goal is to make this community positive, inclusive, and inspiring. These Community Guidelines explain what is and isn't allowed on the Platform. By using Depnes, you agree to follow these rules. Violations may lead to content removal, account restrictions, or suspension. 1. Respect and Safety First We're all Creators here — treat others the way you'd want to be treated. Personal attacks, intimidation, or targeted harm have no place on Depnes. 2. No Nudity or Sexual Activity Do not post, share, or livestream nudity, sexually explicit content, or pornography. Sexually suggestive or fetishized material, even if not fully nude, is also prohibited. Artistic, educational, or documentary content involving nudity may be allowed if appropriate context is provided and it complies with local laws. 3. No Hate Speech or Hate Symbols We do not tolerate hate speech, slurs, or content that promotes discrimination or violence based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic. Hate symbols or extremist imagery are strictly banned. 4. No Harassment or Bullying Do not target or repeatedly contact someone in a way that could make them feel unsafe, intimidated, or degraded. This includes name-calling, doxxing (sharing private info), or mocking others' appearance, beliefs, or personal experiences. Automatically filmed reactions should always respect others — never record or share a reaction meant to shame or harass another Creator. 5. No Violence or Dangerous Organizations Do not post or promote graphic violence, threats, or acts intended to harm people or animals. Content that glorifies terrorism, organized crime, or violent movements is not allowed. Do not use Depnes to recruit for or coordinate any dangerous organization. 6. No Misinformation Do not share false or misleading information that could cause harm — such as health misinformation, election interference, or conspiracy theories. Satire or commentary is fine, but it must be clearly identifiable as such. 7. No Spam or Scams Avoid repetitive, misleading, or low-quality content intended to manipulate engagement (likes, follows, reactions, etc.). Do not use Depnes to promote scams, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent products/services. Impersonating others or creating fake accounts is not allowed. 8. Respect Intellectual Property Only share videos, photos, and music that you own or have permission to use. Do not upload copyrighted material (like TV clips, songs, or logos) without rights or authorization. 9. No Self-Injury or Suicide Content We care deeply about mental health. Do not share content that depicts, promotes, or encourages self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders. If you or someone you know is struggling, please seek help. (We provide local hotline links and crisis resources in-app.) 10. No Illegal or Regulated Goods or Activities Do not use the Platform to buy, sell, or promote drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, or other illegal or regulated items. Content showing substance use, criminal activity, or instructions for illegal acts is prohibited. 11. Authenticity and Integrity Be honest about who you are. Impersonation of another person, Creator, or organization is not allowed. Do not manipulate metrics (views, followers, reactions) or use automated systems to inflate engagement. 12. Protecting Privacy Do not post private or confidential information — including addresses, phone numbers, IDs, or private messages — without permission. Respect others' boundaries when using camera features or recording reactions. 13. Enforcement We review reports and enforce these guidelines through warnings, temporary restrictions, or permanent account removal depending on the severity and frequency of violations. If you believe your content was removed in error, you may appeal within the app. 14. Updates We may update these Guidelines as our community grows or new features launch. Updates will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above and announced within the app. 15. Remember Why We're Here Depnes exists to inspire creativity, connection, and joy.
